18.01.2022 This laundry was once a separate WC and a tiny laundry adjacent. Nobody likes washing clothes at the best of times.... and less so when you cannot swing a wash basket. 15.01.2022 An all white walk in robe with wool loop carpet and timber handles that tie back to the en-suite vanity. When we realised the floor plan was not going to create enough storage, we did what all people who currently rotate their seasonal clothes through their kids wardrobes would consider....we divided the bedroom adjacent to the en-suite to create a double sided walk in robe and a power room to the living room side. 13.01.2022 In a time when quickly flattening buildings to make way for new unsympathetic construction is de rigueur, we would love to share images of the Banc building in all its glory. Built in the 1920s this was the home of the Commonweath Bank in Cronulla. Renovated keeping the original charm of the deco era it has been repurposed as @saltmeatscheese with a mix of retail and residential behind. Apparently there was great debate within Cronulla council in regard to lowering the origi...nal windows of the front facade of this heritage listed building. We think this is a great example of regenerating a front elevation without losing the integrity and heritage of original design intent. A win win we feel. 13.01.2022 Grange to Henley on a sunny day. The water, the sand, the jetty are all awesome but my mind always goes to the houses too. New builds are great but some of my favourites are the ones that have stood the test of time with all the sun and salt the seaside throws at them. And for the Haighs chocolate (and Deco lovers...us included) the Haighs Mansions date back to the 1920s and were the seaside retreat for the Haighs family and friends. 100 years of salty air and still very swish.

13.01.2022 Doesnt look much like a bedroom ...but it once was before we divided the room to make a powder room to the hallway side and the master walk in robe to the other. Renovations are a real life jigsaw that comes down to millimetres and a good builder to get the pieces to work. Luckily we are puzzle nerds. Interior Architecture @colindale_design ... 03.01.2022 When we designed this kitchen a few years ago we had to custom make some brass handles for the integrated fridge. Flash forward and swipe to the end to see what the lovely team @loandcointeriors have designed to bring our fridge handle search to an end. The lovely Harley+ Harper pulls in their 500mm glory. 02.01.2022 A big seaside renovation. View through the new kitchen to walk in pantry and laundry beyond. Kitchen was a dining room, pantry was the kitchen and the laundry was tiny with a separate wc. The dining walls removed and window replaced to make a splashback window, a wall with a track door added and the wc removed to make a family friendly laundry. Wc was under the little window in the laundry. Swipe to walk through.
