17.01.2022 Facilitating leadership moments when we're at the edge of our own and the systems learning is risky. We will see people attacking, fleeing, blaming, scapegoating, blaming the process, - all are symptoms of adaptive work avoidance. Holding yourself and others at this edge requires us to engage with the 'other', hold steady & demonstrate you've got skin in the game by showing that you know what others stand to lose. Being clear and focussed on our purpose and vision is what can keep us here, sometimes its the only anchor we have whilst filling our cup with whatever makes us thrive. Wishing everyone a thriving weekend !
