05.01.2022 Our Collaroy Boat Crews are participating in the 24 Hour Row in our Hall to raise much needed funds for mental health. Starting at 12pm Sat 22nd Aug rowing throughout the day, night and early hours finishing 12pm Sun 23rd Aug. To assist in supporting the Row, we will be opening the bar SAT 1pm til late & SUN 11am til late. Prizes for those who row over 30mins. Prizes for the person who rows the longest time, and the person who rows the furthest (in meters) over the 24 hours.... We will be showing all NRL games with $5 schooners and glasses of wine each game from kick off until the first points are scored, and $9 Aperol and Matsos spritz all day. They have filled 2 Ergs for 24 hours, but would love to fill another and are looking to the non rowing members of the club to fill a 3rd Erg. If you would like to participate for an hour, 30mins or 5mins it would be great to show combined club spirit for such an important cause. Contact [email protected] so he can organise times and advise if a spot is available. As we are limited to 50 people, rowers will have priority, but we will do the best we can to accomodate all!
