About the role: As an apprentice chef, you will be mentored by our head chef for the period of time it takes for you to complete your apprenticeship. You will be taught everything you need to know to become a successful professional chef and lead a kitchen of your own one day. We are looking for individuals who are wanting to develop their knowledge in commercial cookery. The position is full time and requires you to work 5 days per week while completing on the job training in your certificate III. Apprentice responsibilities: * Help prepare and cook dishes whilst training to become a fully qualified chef. * Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment. * Learn how to use and operate kitchen machinery and equipment, such as fryers, mixers, grills, and ovens. 07.01.2022 We are looking for a new front of house staff member. Duties would include serving customers, cleaning, packing orders and also the potential of meals on wheels delivery. Hours would be around 12-15 a week Monday-Friday. Hours are based mainly over the lunchtime period so would suit a mum who would like to work whilst the kids are at school, a school leaver or someone available during 10.30-3ish.
