25.01.2022 The world's gone all dystopic Mad Max cray cray out there... but Mel Gibson wont be able to help us 'cause he went all anti-semetic and grew a Saddam Hussein beard and we cant wipe our butts cuz Cookie from 'A Country Practice' stacked up the last rolls of Quilton in the bus headed for Surfers Paradise... our last hope is Ye Olde Carpet Bagger Colonel Angus. We'll meet you at the Coast Hotel Coffs Harbour tomorrow night at 2100 sharp. There will be cheap Mexican beer and absolutely no sharing of bodily fluids. Much.

25.01.2022 We regret to inform you all that the gig scheduled for The Pier Hotel this Saturday has been cancelled. Obviously this is in line with Govt advice and what other venues are doing. So thats all from the Colonel for a while. We'll keep you updated on what were doing. We wont be idle. Weve committed to learning new songs and bringing you an even BETTER show on our return to the stage! Please self isolate, wash your hands and look after eachother out there. \m/

05.01.2022 Crazy, stressful times at the moment and who knows where the next few weeks will take us. It's a timely reminder to hold your loved ones close and feed your soul with what you value the most. For us, and a lot of you, music fills that hole. Music that you can feel through your body. Music that leaves your ears ringing and your brain singing. If you feel overwhelmed or anxiety strikes... stick your favourite album on... music 'smooths out the curve!' So yeah its 'work' for us ...but the smiles, voices and energy we get back from the crowd makes it much more than that. Music is therapy. There may be fewer opportunities to do this together in the next few months but we're gonna make the most of it while we can! See you at The Pier THIS SATURDAY night from 8pm!
