11.01.2022 HAPPY NEW YEAR I’m getting in early as I will probably not make it to 12pm What can I say about this year ... Challenging This has been a very unusual year for us all, we have all had our challenges this year some good and most hard. I know for myself this has been a hard year I have had multiple surgeries on this bloody foot (that we just don’t talk about any more ) and thank you to everyone that has always checked in on me and made sure I’m ok even though I have not wanted to speak about it, and the most of all covid and the uncertainty of it for everyone. I have seen so many of my clients struggle threw this time, lost their jobs, cut back on everything and struggle to keep there head afloat. I have shared many tears with a lot of you over this year and I honestly have to say I have such an amazing relationship with all of you. As we head into 2021 with still so much uncertainty we all just need to support each other be there for our family and friends as they are the most important. I know I will 2021 is all about my family And as the photo below says your book is now blank write a bloody good one I know I will be. 09.01.2022 This has been a massive work in progress low and slow is always the best way I have been doing this clients hair for a many years so I know her history and what her hair can do, she has super fine hair that can be damaged so quickly we have done this progress over 4 appointments (I forgot to take photos on one of her appointments ) But as you can see after today’s appointment that was just a toner to tone down the yellow the last 3 photos are her hair now, we also decide...d to keep her regrowth growing out so it was easy and low maintenance for when her baby comes Stunning end result also listen to your hairdresser and embrace the progress #blondehair #colourlicious #progress #lowandslow #homesalon #slackscreek

05.01.2022 Today I celebrated colourlicious’s 6th birthday I can’t believe 6 years ago I opened my little home salon with only a few clients that I had been doing from the Northside where I use to work and now have sooooooo many clients. I have had a lot of ups and down in my business especially over the last 15 months with my injury and every single one of my clients has supported me and been there for me ESPECIALLY when I have not wonted to talk about it. And now threw good old co...vid and even threw that I came out stronger. I have lost clients gained clients lost clients and gained clients it’s the cycle of business lol but I have celebrated so many things with so many of you I have cried with some of you and laughed so hard. I want to thank EVERY SINGLE person that has supported me and to say thank you I am giving away 2 of my 1lt packs either colour lock, blonde or hydrating. 04.01.2022 Thank you to everyone that has messaged me today to see how I am and thank you to everyone that was so accommodating with me needing to move clients around over the next few days. This happened very quickly my surgeon had a cancelation last week and I was top of the list and super lucky as I wasn’t due to have my next surgery until end of September/ October I am in quite a bit of pain at this moment but nothing I have not felt before ... This injury is just the gift that keeps on giving If I don’t reply to messages as fast as I normally do I apologise and will get back to you as fast as I can. I will be back at work next week (we all know what I’m like) I will just be taking it easy and spacing my clients out to have breaks in between thank you all very much for your continuous support over this shit injury

01.01.2022 We have had a beautiful refresh in the salon over the last week and it is finally finished We are now officially able to go back to 2 clients at a time with the stations now being at a 1.5m distance apart. All new furniture and basin lounge (and yes the basin still has a massager in a even better one) ...
