After a challenging 2019 (this will be the subject of a coming post) we finally made the decision... our course will be available online at the end of this year!! We are super excited! ... There are so many mums with a flair for colour & styling wanting to do something with their lives while being busy raising their beautiful family. Our purpose is to empower those passionate women . 17.01.2022 MY LIFE JOURNEY In the past, the fear of failure was always present in my life. I needed to be perfect and I would defeat myself with ease. I was working crazy hours ignoring everyones advice to slow down... In February 2005 I had a heart attack while pregnant of my daughter Leonor. This was the worse time of my life...... I realised how vulnerable I was. I could die at any moment. It was something I could not control. I took me a while but I slowly started to see the world from a different perspective. I realised how precious life is and I decided to: always follow my dreams try different things do what makes me happy choose with who I want to be ignore nonsense and negativity not let others decide what I should or shouldnt be doing live life in full We only live once and we need to try, do our best, learn with our mistakes and never give up! 11.01.2022 MondaYEAH!! One of the things I love doing every Monday is to reflect on my ups and downs from the previous week. Its a great way of being aware of my accomplishments and reflect on the lessons I have learned! Its pretty easy, you just need a notebook and a pen (a coffee also helps...) By the way, I am loving my environmentally friendly Havwoods Australia notebook and my Polytec pen ... Happy Monday! Ana

09.01.2022 CHALLENGE VS OPPORTUNITY Yesterday my youngest daughter was looking at my vision board for 2020 and she commented that I wasnt going to be able to manifest my goals and dreams for this year due to the current situation. It wasnt easy to hear... and I knew I had two options:... 1. To take all the images from the board and just wait until all of this its over... 2. To keep the board and find creative ways to live those experiences in order to get the same sense of fulfilment. I have decided to keep my board! So instead of waking up in the morning, look at my board and think about all the things that I am missing out, I am going to challenge myself and find alternative ways to experience all those marvellous things. Let the fun begin!

It's been a challenging journey but I am very positive about it And on Monday I finally launched the online course with a great group of students! I am so excited for every single one of them!...
