18.01.2022 How lucky am I to to be able to help change the lives of these wonderful people. This was the first group at Chi of Life weight loss and wellness retreat that I was able to be apart of. Such beautiful amazing people and in just 3 weeks their lives were changed dramatically ... forever. I look forward in meeting the next group in a weeks time

02.01.2022 Exciting times at Combat this year As well as running classes as normal I am working with Suncoast Christian College and teaching Boxing classes to their Upper High School students. It's a really big passion of mine helping young kids with their fitness. As a lot of my family and friends know I was always the bigger kid in primary and high school and it wasn't until adult hood that I took control of myself and made the changes to better my health and fitness. To be able to help kids in high school and bring fitness into their lives really is such an amazing feeling and something that I have always dreamed of doing... helping to change kids lives
