09.01.2022 Meet the inspiring co-founder of Doctors With Disabilities Australia, Dr Dinesh Palipana. He has just been awarded Queensland's Australian of the Year 2021, is the state’s first quadriplegic doctor, a senior resident doctor in QLD and a qualified lawyer. As a global advocate for equitable treatment of people with a disability, and driving change in the medical field, Dr Palipana has contributed significantly to the advancement of treating spinal cord injuries and restoring fu...nctions for people with paralysis. Proving that a person's physical limitations should never limit their capacity to reach their goals and make a difference, Comfort Keepers Perth congratulates Dr Palipana on this outstanding achievement and is proud to be a new registered provider for NDIS National Disability Insurance Scheme in Western Australia. What a great story! See more

07.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who entered our recent Valentine's Day - 'win roses for a loved one' competition. Congratulations to Zoe of Landsdale, who gifted the flowers to her beautiful Mother Dusanka. The flowers were arranged by the talented team at Lull Floral, and winged their way to Dusanka's door, courtesy of the Comfort Keepers' car and a team member. Needless to say, she was thrilled to receive her special surprise. Well done Zoe. Sometimes it's the little things in life...
