20.01.2022 Reconnecting with nature, will also be extra handy having knowledge of local plants (and weeds)! Some rebel botanists are now helping you do just that. #guerillaacts #pavementlearnings #communityled

12.01.2022 In community we trust

11.01.2022 We’re doing a bit of cross-posting with our waste initiative @cirque.dusoil on the other side of the digital realm. It’s been a bit quiet on this end due to channeling all our Architectural and Placemaking knowledge into tackling the food waste issues in the melbourne built environment. Now 4 months in we’ve achieved some crazy milestones in our pop up office. Our pilot is finally ready for launch and now it’s Buckets a go go!! 50 down, 110 left to flourish with our beautifu...lly crafted Cirque du Soil labels. We’re so excited to present them to #melbourne in the new year! Bring a circular soil movement for 2020! #urbancomposting #pickupservice #sharewaste #foodsecurity #makemelbsoilawesome #community #composting #communitycomposting #compostcollective #savemamaearth #communitygardens #growyourownfood #keepitlocal #regenerativeplacemaking #circulareconomy #servicedesign #branding #graphics #infrastructure #wasteadvocacy #wasteminimisation

08.01.2022 Dani Barnett and the team at Hub Australia Southern Cross partnered with HerWit in getting a panel together & we came up with "Courageous Conversations" as a theme for International Women’s Day 2020, the last live event we got to do on March 13th, the week before #COVID19 lockdowns began. Big thank you to Shamila Gopilan from HerWit for moderating the panel where on reflections of some of the conversations we had, many of the topics are even more prevalent today. Reposting so...me of her opinion pieces below worth examining as we move forwards towards the new normal and hopefully beyond stage 3 restrictions! Overcoming challenging circumstances - we are definitely in one right now. Many women founders & groups have come together to support each other. Here is an article of how some of them are doing so - https://bit.ly/3d4LMru Facing our fears - many of us have been overcome with fear during these unprecedented times. I share mine in my latest vlog that came out yesterday.
