19.01.2022 Federal MP Andrew Wallace is conducting a survey on his Facebook Page regarding the Federal Govt supporting bringing forward the completion of of the Bells Creek Arterial through to the Roys Rd interchange with Federal money. (https://www.facebook.com/wallace4fisher/) Current arrangements are that Stockland will fund the project which is only to be completed as Caloundra South grows. 10.01.2022 Though later than anticipated, the BeCA Newsletter "The Connector", should be delivered from the weekend beginning Nov 28th. News on the badly needed mobile phone tower is not so positive. The picture below is of where BeCA expects the phone tower to be built. Some reports had the tower operational by December this year but this seems impossible at this stage. 10.01.2022 Earlier this year,BeCA committed to provide a speaker timeslot for the both candidates from the major political parties to speak at the September BeCA Public Meeting. Covid-19 restrictions has seen the September Public Meeting cancelled. At a request from one of the major party candidates BeCA will now provide an opportunity for them to 'speak' via the BeCA website.
