09.01.2022 Hi CSP fans. Each year National Police Remembrance Day is celebrated on 29 September to honour members who have died in the line of duty. It is fortunate that no officers have been killed in the past 12 months in Qld. We have however been saddened by the loss of both police and our civilian employees through serious illness or suicide. 2020 sees changes due to the current Covid restrictions and many marches will not take place. If you have the opportunity, why not take som...e flowers to your local police station. If you want to make a donation to the 2020 Blue Ribbon appeal here in Queensland you can donate into the following accounts. NAB - BSB 084-004. Community Supporting Police - Ac no. 51663802. Please mark as NPRD2020. QBANK- BSB 704-052. Community Supporting Police - Ac no. 1028352. Please mark as NPRD2020. Beneficiaries for 2020 are Qld Police Legacy, Community Supporting Police and Blue Hope. http://www.bluehope.org.au/ If you are in Brisbane please visit the memorial in the Botanic Gardens. It's a wonderful tribute to our lost officers. Thanks Debbie (Marketing & Promotions)

05.01.2022 Hi CSP fans. The Management Committee finally got together (face-to-face) last night for the monthly management meeting. Everyone was appropriately distanced and aware of their own personal space. I find these meetings are the best, more can be achieved than through on-line meetings. Our new Chair Dan Mahon and the team will be working towards a new and invigorated CSP Inc. as we move into our 30th year of supporting the QPS and its members. News will come out shortly on... some discounts for merchandise in time for Christmas 2020. We certainly all need a bit of cheering up. Thanks Debbie (Marketing and Promotions CSP Inc.)
