10.01.2022 COVID-19 restrictions have hit hard for property managers. REINSW is acknowledging all the extra effort being put in and has declared the 24th July as Property Managers Appreciation Day. Complete Home Realty have nominated all our Property Management team. Our first nominee is Kirsty Sutherland.... Kirsty was extremely proactive as soon as our office identified that Covid-19 was going to radically change the way we had to conduct business. She dealt with worried Landlords and tenants empathetically and logically and outlined the procedures our office had in place to minimise issues caused by the pandemic, including arrears, open homes, periodic inspections and vacancies. Kirsty took on a customer first approach and reached out to many tenants identified as being hardest hit to reassure them that we understood the difficulties they were, and are, facing. The amount of paperwork seemed to increase exponentially but Kirsty worked extra hard to complete all her tasks and keep arrears to an absolute minimum. She led her team with tenacity and kindness. Kirsty works tirelessly to ensure all our clients are on the same page and always available to support them. Her work has also included many late evenings and remote work to make the next day a bit easier for everyone.
