23.01.2022 UPDATE ON COVID-19 Coronavirus Dear Clients & Families, Thank you for your support and cooperation as we respond to COVID-19. This situation is unprecedented, evolving and challenging for all involved. Whilst this is outside of our control, we are doing everything we can to support our clients, staff members and the community during this time.... Excellent hygiene remains the best protection against the spread of any infectious disease and, while Complete Range Physiotherapy adheres to strict hygiene standards throughout the year, we are exercising a high degree of caution during the COVID-19 outbreak. As a result, within the clinic, you will notice a greater presence of: Alcohol based hand sanitizer gel, available for use at our reception and in our treatment rooms Disinfecting of treatment tables and equipment Changing of high contact linen such as towels and pillow cases Disinfecting of high contact surfaces in reception and our waiting areas In line with the Australian Health Departments recommendations we asked that you do not attend Complete Range Physiotherapy if: 1. You have returned from international travel after the 15th March 2020. The Health department has requested that these people self-isolate for a period of 14 days. 2. Have been in contact with any person who has a diagnosed case of COVID-19 3. Have experienced flu-like symptoms including a sore throat, fever, breathing difficulties or shortness of breath If you fall into one of these categories, please contact our reception staff on (08) 9524 7002 to reschedule your appointment. If you do not fall into one of these categories then feel free, and comfortable, attending your appointment knowing that hygiene control is our highest priority. We understand that this is a difficult time for many, and we would like to thank our clients for their understanding and support in keeping the community safe and healthy during this period. If you have any questions or concerns, or are unsure if you should attend your appointment or not, please contact our reception staff and they will be able to assist you. Stay safe and healthy Chris and the CRP Team

21.01.2022 Update on COVID-19 Restrictions Physiotherapy services continue to be provided however, Remedial Massage Therapy has been suspended! On Tuesday the 24th March 2020, in the Prime Ministers press conference, a further level of restrictions were placed on an increasing number of businesses. ... In his address the Prime Minister made a specific note that these restrictions DO NOT extend to physiotherapy and allied health businesses, however his message was ambiguous in how this related to Remedial Massage Therapy. Late Wednesday we received clarification from the Health Department, via the Australian Massage Therapy Association, that unless a practitioner has a Medicare provider number and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), they can no longer practice after Midnight on Wednesday the 25th March 2020. As a result we regret to inform our clients that all Remedial Massage Therapy appointments are on hold until this restriction is lifted. If you had an appointment booked it has been cancelled and our reception staff will be in contact with you to confirm this. We apologise for any inconvenience caused Stay safe and well Chris and the CRP team

We aim to gain clarity on this over the coming days and hope this will change so our massage services can get back up and running. We continue to follow strict hygiene control measures and will continue to operate our Physiotherapy services until we are given a different directive from the health department. We will continue to keep you updated as the situation evolves. Stay Safe and Well Chris, and the CRP Team
