Raw Buckwheat Porridge Makes 3 serves Macros: P|8 F|3 C|46 1 cup buckwheat groats... 1 tb chia seeds 1 tb raw honey (or sweetener of choice) 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup coconut milk (or milk of preference of coconut water) Optional: 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder..... I would do prana coconut milk myself Soak buckwheat groats in enough water to cover and let sit for 2 hours or overnight. Throughly rinse in fresh water using a strainer. Add buckwheat groats, leaving about 1/4 cup aside, to blender along with remaining ingredients and blend till smooth. Once smooth stir through remaining groats. If you opted for the protein powder added you may need a little more liquid in your blending stage. Top with fresh fruit of choice or granola.
