Anyone who participates in the sport of motocross riding already knows, firsthand, the physical and mental drain on the body. Your body is the most important piece of equipment when it comes to racing, having the fastest bike on the track will mean nothing when being passed by a slower rider at the end of a moto. Over the last 3 years I have been researching and developing methods of training that will help you stay mentally and physically strong on the bike. These are intense aerobic and anaerobic training specifically designed for athletes to improve their competitive advantage.
