22.01.2022 Over the last few months I have had the amazing opportunity to work with so many beautiful souls, people seeking harmony in life, seeking health and happiness. I understand these are the basic needs a human must obtain to live a fruitful existence. The simple fact here is that all I see is a way of life and a structure of society that does not resonate with our pure essence and purpose. We live in a place where health is something we must chase and invest in, happiness i...s something we constantly are searching for and harmony, well that comes when the other 2 factors are resonating with ones self. So why is it that everything seems like we must obtain it to have it. Because, we ourselves have created a separation from self, where we look externally for our aids in life, when really we need learn to look inwards. If we are the creators or our reality and our problems then we can remedy them too. Ask your self the question, "What truly makes me happy"? and "Am i satisfying that happiness". We have so many distractions to keep us from turning to ourselves for redemption. Look inwards, take ownership and face your trials and challenges. It is time for growth and learning. There is nothing more expanding that one can do that releasing fear. Fear holds us back and makes us sick, fear of facing one's own issues in life and putting them on the back shelf, can and usually will lead to unhappiness and sometimes sickness. Breaking your karmic cycle by letting go of your baggage and rubbish that you hold on to. It does not serve you, so let it go with love. I wish not for world peace, for this is too big a mouthful. I wish for all individuals to find their inner peace, and let it be common for all to have the knowledge on how we can heal ourselves, find balance in our lives and thrive, then we may find world peace comes naturally.
