25.01.2022 Apparently this was six years ago! Shooting The Black Sorrows Joe Camilleri in the laneway at The Pantry Cafe. Loved the results of this one. Thanks to Alex Fair for holding the umbrella and reminding me of the shoot

25.01.2022 My trip to Ragged Jack didn't go to plan on the weekend, washed out bridges, a jammed camera lens, and not being able to find the summit pad were just a few of my issues.... but I couldn't help but love the massive 10 foot high Waratah plants against the cliffs.

25.01.2022 Got a super project lined up to shoot out West this weekend with a great mate... To get back in the swing of things I've been editing some work from our last collaboration... Oh the images you'll get to see one day!!!

24.01.2022 Solomon's Throne from the Walls of Jerusalem summit track last week. Gotta love the little tarns to give the foreground a bit of punch...

23.01.2022 This is the workshop I went to last weekend (Mount Field this time instead of Cradle) I can say it’s probably the best $100 you’ll spend on photography this year.

22.01.2022 Something new today. Managing and shooting a live stream for Old Scotch Collegians' Football Club ... live from the forward pocket at 1.30 today

22.01.2022 Molly Taylor flying by during Rally Tasmania 2020 today. Nikon Z6 w70-200 2.8 hand held, 120fps...

21.01.2022 Mount Rogoona from Lake Myrtle... Walls of Jerusalem National Park.

19.01.2022 First real outing shooting with the Nikon Z6 and Moza Gimbal. I've still got lots to learn about video but had an absolute blast shooting the Balfour Burn Launceston for St Giles Society today!

18.01.2022 Covering Richie Porte’s career and visits back home with Rob Shaw was one of the highlights of my newspaper career. A great wrap from Rob about the awesome cyclist (and guy) from Hadspen.

18.01.2022 Stream through the cave. This is literally a 2 minute walk off the roadside in Mole Creek Karst National Park. Exploring is always a great way to spend Sunday.

17.01.2022 I'm still learning on the run with this new video gear... But you should come join the run on Sunday - who knows I might even snap your picture!

16.01.2022 Minnow Falls middle tier w/ lichen on branches.

16.01.2022 Old mate Brodie Weeding Photography’s photos from Strahan are going round the world. Not an easy subject to cover, but he’s doing a great job - The Advocate newspaper should be super proud of their snapper.

15.01.2022 Sometimes it's worth getting out of the sleeping bag and sprinting 20 minutes back up the hill. Moonrise / Sunset over Mount Jerusalem, Walls of Jerusalem National Park.

15.01.2022 Whooo, New The Whitlams Official and my B&W pic up on Double J <3

13.01.2022 It’s no Spielberg production, but I’m enjoying putting little videos together in my new role at St Giles Society. Niche is a great event and I’m looking forward to being a part of the next market!

11.01.2022 My new job means I still get to travel around the state, in some ways more so than my old job, with overnight trips to work in Hobart and Burnie. This was snapped late last month as I waited to get some pizzas on Hobart's eastern shore.

11.01.2022 Looking forward to snapping a day or two of Mark Shelton MP's walk for St Giles Society next year! Donate via the link

11.01.2022 Mt Campbell, Cradle Mountain National Park. Shot on an Olympus AU & NZ During last weekend's Cam Blake Photography workshop...

10.01.2022 Just ordered my new pack and tent for the Overland Track trip next month. Hoping the weather is a little more mild than this!!!

10.01.2022 Finally got around to looking at my 2am snow pics from August's once-in-a-hundred year event. If only the neon lights were on.... Princess Theatre Launceston

08.01.2022 Had an awesome day as a student with Cam Blake Photography up at Cradle Mountain today. Learning a new camera system ( Olympus AU & NZ) for a day was a fun challenge through snow gloves too! Now it's time for a nap!

08.01.2022 And I’m back! Super excited to be published in The Age / SMH his weekend. Steve was a lovely subject to meet and work with.

08.01.2022 It was just like a job for the paper this morning!

05.01.2022 I promise I was on a break and not being paid to take photos... such a great day with Pennicott Wilderness Journeys

04.01.2022 Mount Geryon from the summit of The Acropolis last week....

04.01.2022 2020, almost over, but what a strange year... I think by moving on from press photography and not needing to take photos on a daily basis has made me fall back in love with photography, just like when I was studying in college. Looking south from The Acropolis, November 2020

02.01.2022 Tim's using one of my stills as the base for his new tour poster. So glad he's able to hit the road again as the band were on fire at earlier this year!
