This is what a Concierge work site looks like at the end of the day. We're not done with this job, its going to take a few days -but this is how you'll find your work site if you go with us. 23.01.2022 A big thanks to the team and our supporters of Concierge Projects. Our first 6 months has gotten off to a flying start and as we close the books on 2020, we are stoked that Jan and Feb is already booked up. Looking forward to a big 2021. 21.01.2022 In 2020 we have been part of the solution, and our business has helped people adapt in 3 unique ways. 1 -Domestic projects creating usable work spaces for families to work and school from home. 2 - Professional Services to help commercial businesses to proactively adapt to this new environment... 3 - Partnering with our event, sport, exhibition and industry leaders to be part of the recovery - by creating innovative and effective solutions for spectators, participants, regulators and organisers to resume new activity. Current domestic projects: Suzies shack - domestic demo and make good for new layout Chris's cave - new home office in open plan space The BFD - a 2400x1960mm door to divide a living space as a parent retreat In the pipeline: LandSquib - landscaping and domestic spaces The Kipper - subdivision make good for sale TAVI - pitching contact tracing to major sporting events

16.01.2022 Project - ArthurAlpha Bathrooms are expensive, and on this project we had a tight budget. Transforming it into a modern and much more usable space has been a worthy investment that allows the appartment to be leased at a slightly higher price. It will take 5 years to recover the cost in the increased rent, but should last 15 years without maintenance. Estimated capital improvement value is $20-23k. Project Team - Darren, Kara, Lachlan and Evan.

12.01.2022 Darren Allen worked for ESG for 7 years, the last 4 during my time as Managing Director.
