12.01.2022 Does your toothbrush appear worn and splayed? Did you know that brushing your teeth too hard or using a medium/hard toothbrush can damage your teeth and brush away the enamel and gums which can result in sensitivity? To avoid this, use a soft toothbrush instead and utilise the correct toothbrushing technique. Jenna, our hygiene therapist can talk to you more about this at your next hygiene visit.

04.01.2022 COVID-19 update. In the best interest of our patients, our staff and the wider community, we have decided to defer all non-urgent dental treatment, our priority being to reduce the transmission of COVID-19. We will still be open to see patients for emergencies, so please call or email, and we can organise an appointment time to see you. If you would like to speak directly to one of our dentists, that service is also available to you.... In the meantime, we will be in touch to reschedule existing, non-urgent appointments. Please stay safe. The Concord Dental Practice team

02.01.2022 ***COVID-19 UPDATE*** We hope that you've been well and keeping safe during this time. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate through these unprecedented times. As of last week, we have moved down to Level 1 restrictions. ... This means that we can now see you for any treatment as long as you are healthy and well, and have not recently been overseas or in contact with somebody who has recently been overseas. We are doing everything that we can in the clinic to keep you and our team healthy and safe. These extra measures include extra cleaning of surfaces, having our patients sanitise their hands upon arrival and using an anti-bacterial & viral mouth rinse before any treatment is done. We are not sure how long we willl be under level 1 restrictions for, and this could possibly change later as winter approaches. Call us 9743 4001 if you would like to make an appointment. We hope to serve you soon. The team at Concord Dental Practice.
