25.01.2022 Who wants a sneak peak at what's currently under construction on my mold making table? Okie dokie you twisted my arm! I will show you! I must admit I do get a little bit excited about these things! Today I decided I might TRY to stay neat and tidy for a day (it never happens) so making concrete and doing oxide washed isnt happening but mold making and watching kids movies with my favourite little person in the world while drinking coffee is Hers a run down of the pics... below *Little fat puddin the Buddah *A tall trio of toadstools with two froggies *A rope style paver/step stone *A small owl head pot And.... This time I went with an all over grey Oxide wash instead of the two tone oxide (brown boulder) which do you like better? I'm a bit of a fan of the two tone look myself but I love her all grey too! Grey oxide wash finish with hints of colour accent details in pink. Even her fingernails and toes have pink polish on! 15.01.2022 Good morning! I'm taking a break from the sun to write a note about the happenings today at Concreature HQ. Sorry if it's really long but I am passionate about what I do here A cute little "welcome to the nuthouse" sign is drying on my back window sill after a colour wash! I will be selling these for $15 and I have one other one available at this stage, in the same finish. I am adding it to my daily or each second day pour so there will plenty to go around if you're lookin...g for a cheap Chrissy gift for someone at work/school/friend/neighbour. My heeler dogs ears have snapped off for a second time. So my mold mods yesterday weren't enough, so back to them again today. I refuse to be defeated by this and I will keep fine tuning until I get the perfection I expect. On a positive note, the new Incense Buddha came out without decapitation today after her disastrous first pour yesterday, I will try a finish on her later and she will be $25 with colour wash and weather deal. And lastly just a pic of one of my unfinished brown snakes going through its oxide wash stage. I began tinting it up today and I can already see it will throw a very a lovely lifelike brown/grey transparency to its scales, these snakes are proving to be quite sought after and ever so popular, so if you would like this guy for $75 shoot me a PM to come grab him later today. 11.01.2022 RETIREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT Hey all, it is with much sadness that I must inform you that our beloved witch planter mold has now gone into retirement. The mold was very old and has too many tears now to be repairable or to cast from. I CAN and I WILL be making another mold for her however that will not be in the very near forseeable future due to many other new molds I have on my table currently being made and others I am giving greater preference to ahead of her. She is a very sentimental piece to me as she has helped me out with a flying off start in concrete statuary! Paula RIP OLD HAG! (For now)

Mold modifications have now been done and a second pour will hopefully bring success and some new concreature pieces! There may be an echidna having its first pour today also! Buddha & Snake Outbound today (I do have others on hand if you are looking for one in either a choc or sandstone finish) Cattle Dog ...and Incense Buddha (1st pour fails) Dogs ears snapped and Buddha head came off I love that I can share with you all my wins and my fails.
