24.01.2022 CONCRETE POSTS AT WORK Our posts were used on the recently completed works on Pacific Highway Northern NSW between Ballina to Grafton NSW. Here you can see the diversity of our posts and how they can work across different types of terrain. Thanks for the photos Brad!

24.01.2022 Concrete posts are the way of the future! Historically, the understanding was that a wooden post would stand in the ground for up to 40-50 years. Things have changed! The facts are that wooden posts of today come from immature trees with a considerable amount of soft heart and plenty of sap wood on the outside. This means that they will only give a 10-15 year in the ground life span.... This is not good enough! Fencing every 15 years is NOT a sound economic outcome for any farmer! Only fence it once in a lifetime! Make your next fence a long-term asset on your farm. Compare for yourself here: https://concreteposts.com.au/benefits/ See more

22.01.2022 Wishing you and your loved ones a relaxing safe festive season and abundant New Year! ACP Holiday Hours: Closed from 4pm 22nd December until 8am 11th January.

22.01.2022 Do I Need To Concrete the Posts In? No, you do not have to concrete the prestressed concrete posts into the ground. You can just dig a hole and backfill against the concrete posts or use a post rammer to install them. Still have questions? Check out our FAQ’s here: https://concreteposts.com.au/project/how-to-pilot-holes/

21.01.2022 How to build a fence with concrete posts. A fence is built only once when you use concrete posts. With these simple steps: (just the same as a timber or steel fence); 1. On paper, design your fence... 2. Onsite, plan and clear your line 3. At straining points, ends and corners, erect strainer assemblies 4. Lay out your fence posts to your spacing 5. Predrill holes in the ground 6. Drive or ram in your posts with driver 7. Strain the wire 8. Attach the wire and gates through predrilled wire holes Fence it once and fence it right with concrete posts! Do you want to know more? 11.01.2022 The Post Collar Bracket is to be used to attach cattle rail, timber rail and metal rail to your concrete fence post and strainers. They feature a patented design to fit Australian Concrete Posts. Quick and easy to assemble, no special tools or equipment required!... Simple and economical long term solution COL bracket is designed to fit the 3 widths of concrete posts, 110, 130 and 170mm. They are made a few millimetres short of the width of the post, so that when you attach the bracket to the rail it will pull tightly up against the post. Use a standard tech screw to attach the bracket to the rail. Pre-drilled holes on the side of the bracket will match the holes on the posts, however, they are there as an option and not required to attach the bracket to the post. A tech screw is all that’s required. You can use this bracket to build a garden fence, to build a post and rail fence, or a grand entrance way to the farm.
