25.01.2022 What a 12 week project. Project Torrensville for the team at Polygon was an existing warehouse which they had just purchased and asked us to create their vision. We built a 300sqmtr mezanine which houses 9 offices that adjoins the existing second level offices upstairs and 3 massive workshops downstairs which are all carpeted air conditioned. We added a photo booth, along with another 90sqmtr mezzanine with washroom and an additional 2 workshops. You can’t pump a project like this out to the standard without a cracking team. Milos Jurkovic you’re a gun!!! was a pleasure to work with you on this. Never too proud to say I’ve learnt something and you taught me a lot As usual CTS boys smashed it along with all the other trades.

We wanted to come up with a way to compliment the classic look of the barrel, as well as making it a more usable piece. 21.01.2022 This one has been a while in the making, and at last, it’s done. Delicia Mobile is launching this weekend. Building this has been quite the journey - we started from scratch with the old Port Adelaide Magpies food truck, and it was more than just a humble restoration. This was a complete rebuild, inside and out. Our design team were challenged to come up with a design that fits the Delicia brand and created a workspace designed to meet the unique needs of a mobile food van. ... When re-designing the interior we kept functionality, efficiency and workflow at the top of our minds. For the exterior and fittings, we paid homage to the Vans history by giving the classic Delicia look and feel a bit of period styling. With everything done in-house (other than electrical and plumbing) once again our hot-shot team showed how versatile they are - always pushing the skill set to the next level. Pauly Barry, Marco Vartuli, we couldn’t have done this without you guys. As for the rest of you, keep an eye out for the best looking food van in Adelaide!

20.01.2022 And finally it’s done 8 week build @couchpotato Probably our biggest shop to date The feel of little Mexico with its vibrant colours It’s natural textures of concrete, terracotta and timber makes this place so inviting. ... Period style of lounges that the owners have been buying and collecting ready for this amazing shop. Again like most of our builds we made all the furniture Poured all the concrete benches made all the tables, all steel work and carpentry done by the 4 boys in the CTS team The mosaic walls and tables were tedious but worth every minute as the end result shows. This build has been great fun and an absolute pleasure to be part of. Thank you so much for allowing us to build your baby. See more

19.01.2022 And another one is Born Delicia Clontarf in QLD. We built this shop in Adelaide sent it up on the train and smashed our side of things out in 2.5days. We didn’t get final pics of this shop finished but will do over the next couple weeks. All 2 pac finished hard wood Vic Ash bench seats and tops with a heap of steel fabrication. Everything in this shop was built by our guys nothing purchased in this shop which what makes these Delicia’s a very unique chain. That Neo-mint green on that Vic Ash timber is just so eye catching. We had 2 days to build these boxes which are insulated, colour coded, and hinged to allow for fuel tank access. We made the swing from deck boards we pulled from a job. The steel was offcuts from a job and the beam was out of our Netherby Reno we just finished. 14.01.2022 Darlington kitchen got a quick makeover Xmas week. This is a perfect example where you don’t have to spend a bomb to make your kitchen looks fresh again. 10.01.2022 There are Reno’s and then there are Reno’s it’s been about 12 months since we finished this but haven’t had a chance to get our finished photos and here they are literally a front fence to back fence transformation.

10.01.2022 So stage 1 of our Glandore Reno has come to completion. This old character maisonette had been rented out for many years and was not in a good way. Initial plans were to knock it over but as things changed for the owner we decided to give it a CTS rebirth without spending a bomb. We were given the reins to design and build the area. So with help from my amazing wife we came up with this design. We ripped of the back of the house which housed the old laundry and toilet and ...converted it to the kitchen We gutted and re did the main bathroom We managed to add in another bathroom and toilet in the old rear entrance area along with another door way into the 3rd bedroom which now has made the back area a completely self contained teenage retreat with bathroom bedroom and kitchen area. The 4 CTS boys pretty much did this whole build from demo to construction doors and window installation, roofing we assembled and installed both kitchens poured and polished the benches and ground and sealed floors. Along with my 3 other trades plumber, sparky and Tiler we created a pretty cool space utilising every inch of it. Insta doesn’t allow for too many pics so will do bathroom ones on another post. We have made a full steel frame and braced everything underneath 2pac satin finished the acacia in automotive clear for durability and utilised every inch of the back area for storage and work area pauly, Jess and the kid loved working on this. We went for the original blue and highlighted everything in gloss black. 09.01.2022 Another project ticked off. 12 months ago we got this beast from Auction out of rural QLD freighted it back and soon realised the pics online were hiding quite a bit of disease. So then it started We removed the pop top stripped it right back inside and out repaired all the dents cut out the rust in the back kitchen area where kitchen sink was draining into the car . Modified the kitchen to take a twin burner cooker, We then went for a black and white theme 2pac finished everything inc the bright purple kitchen . All work was done in-house by the wheelworx and CTS boys. The interior looked like it held host to a pack of donkeys so Steve at premium shine detailing brought it back to life . 08.01.2022 Netherby Reno We finished this about 10 months ago but only just managed to get some finished pics. There is still a few things the clients will finish in time but like all Reno’s to this scale there is always something to finish off. This was a very intricate renovation as not only did we knock out basically every structural wall we also had to support the top story. The CTS boys as usual showed how diverse a team we are in doing all the carpentry, structural steel, raisin...g ceilings, floor levels, kitchen assembly and install. We machined up all the bench tops and 2pac finished them along with the rest of the build. We were dealing with 4 different floor levels in this house and managed to achieve 1 level throughout by the end. Being able to do so much of the work ourselves meant it was done in only 11 weeks. It’s very rewarding taking something like it was and turning it into such a great space. #concretetimbersteel #homerenovations

07.01.2022 This is where it all started for us 2 yrs ago we built our first Delicia at jetty road Brighton that was the 4th one in the family at the time. 2 yrs on this small Adelaide based company has franchised another 15 stores of which we have been so privileged to have built 13 of them. 19 stores in total now and they have taken the next step into VIC and QLD. ... We are so excited to be heading to Brisbane later this month to crank it out there and build something very different and super cool. Some of the friendships we have built with the owners of these stores we will cherish for a very long time. Even though we were only locked down for 3 days, this means we are now at least that many days behind, and likely a couple more on certain projects.
