19.01.2022 We never intentionally aimed for a team of eleven psychologists. But now that we have one I suppose it's kind of cool given that this is the number of players on each team for some of the world's most popular sports. Field Hockey, Football (American), Soccer and Cricket all have 11 players each. https://condorperformance.com/performance-psychologists/

17.01.2022 Does anyone else think it's odd that the box the soccer (football) manager (coach) stands in during a game is called the "technical area"? They clearly don't give technical advise during a match. Maybe it should be called the Mental/Tactical Area instead??

14.01.2022 One of the best activities to help with mindfulness is to collect objects from nature and spend some time feeling that texture you with your hands, looking at them in different lights and seeing the noise they make when you tap them together these are some that I found over the last couple of years
11.01.2022 Had to kill a snake on the weekend (was in my compost). Was very scared before, during and after but accepted these natural emotions and focussed on the action (swinging an axe). You'd be surprised what you can still DO when you're s***ing yourself.
