16.01.2022 Thank you to my vendors of 1/35 Azalea Avenue Mill Park Highly recommended We felt extremely comfortable with Con from the get-go. He advised us on what selling strategies would work best (e.g. completely decluttering our two bedroom unit) and was able to justify his opinions (rather than telling us that something needed to happen, but providing no real reason). During our campaign, Con kept us up to date on recent comparable sales in the area, the amount of interest in our p...roperty and feedback from potential buyers. He also responded quickly to any questions and/or concerns we had, throughout the process. As a result, we felt confident that we had staged our Open for Inspections to a high standard and that our price guide was reasonable/achievable. When the state went into lock-down again, he gave us his honest opinion as to what our options were - and despite our initial hesitation to do an online auction, we achieved an excellent result on the day. I have to give full credit to Con, Jay, Hayley and Chloe, who adapted quickly and managed our online auction in such a professional manner.
