24.01.2022 CLARION, ALEXANDRIA PROJECT UPDATE The structure is now complete along with the scalloped precast façade which was SJB Architects major design feature for this project. Other notable design features include the off form concrete throughout, 3.2m high ceilings, extremely large glass sliding doors and many others. 20.01.2022 CLEVELAND STREET OFFICE PRACTICAL COMPLETION Construction Profile Pty Ltd is extremely proud to announce that the former Porteno Restaurante has been successfully converted into a stunning and unique commercial office building. This was a building that threw numerous challenges at the team during the refurbishment works and to be able to complete an integrated fitout within the same timeframe as the intended base build works is something to be proud of. It is also a good example of one of the new key values which is "#partnership". We hope that our client Aaron Milligan, Architect THOSE ARCHITECTS and the tenant Aje are as happy with the final outcome as we are. Thank you also to the Construction Profile site team. 18.01.2022 CLEVELAND STREET OFFICE WHATS GOING ON INSIDE UPDATE The systematic reshaping of the previously modified building and former Porteno Restaurant and Gardel's Bar continues with preparations for the main supports to be removed nearing completion. 02.01.2022 CALIBRE, SURRY HILLS UDIA NSW 2020 AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE INSPECTION Calibre is an eight-storey residential development in Surry Hills featuring 18 luxuriously appointed apartments designed by Koichi Takada and proudly built by Construction Profile. It had a welcome visit this morning from the judges for this year’s UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence in Urban Development. Special thank you to Michael Grant, Julie Bindon & Peter Mystriotis who took the time to hear about what mad...e this development unique along with building challenges. Approved on a design excellence basis, Calibre’s curvy and slatted-screen façade, as well as its singular, open fire stairs, were key to overcoming challenges posed by the site’s very small footprint and height restriction. Even in a soft market, almost all of the apartments have been sold. Win or not, the journey has been a smooth and enjoyable one for the entire team. Calibre was delivered in a highly proactive and collaborative environment with every key member of the project team sharing their knowledge freely and frankly. This project demanded a truly collaborative project team which included Koichi Takada Architects, Construction Profile as the Design & Construct Builder and the Icon Oceania who was our client. Even though there may be larger project that this development is competing against it was the 300 sqm site plus design elements such as the curved façade that made this development truly unique.
