19.01.2022 Heading off to bed. I'll be sleeping soundly while the thermomix silently works though the night making pure natural yogurt for the week. The thermomix is definitely the hardest worker in this house!

13.01.2022 I had a very Yummy omelette for breakfast this morning it cooked while I got the kids ready for school. So healthy and it saved me so much time this morning!

09.01.2022 Have you tried the Eggplant involtini with risotto from cookidoo? I used zucchini for mine and fed the kids the cheesy rissotto with some sauce. We all devoured it!

07.01.2022 I woke up this morning to some fresh mango yogurt. Its going into some icypol moulds for the warm weather coming up. When ever the kids want ice cream they get frozen yogurt. Much healthier and full of yummy fresh fruits. To make this I first make the fruit coulis recipe on the basic cook book, with two mangos and slightly more sugar as seasonings like sugar or salt reduce in flavour as its frozen.... I then left the coulis in the thermomix until the temperature reduces to 37 degrees. Now make start the automated yogurt recipe, rember this recipe takes 8 hours so start it just before you go to bed.
