21.01.2022 Ok. Opportunity of a lifetime. Are you a Registered Conveyancer wanting to take a step up? Take over my office fromJanuary 1 2021. All you need to pay is some fees to transfer the business nsme and the phone numbers. Pay the rent and the last 12 years of my history will defer to you. If you want the desks and computer I want to cover costs only. Ring me. Be a winner.

21.01.2022 Today is the 3rd anniversary of the first sale of land to be completed electronically in South Australia. It guess Robert Richard Torrens felt as proud when the first Real Propery Act transfer went through in 1858. Congratulations also to Conveyancing Matters who represented the other party.

18.01.2022 Conveyancing Centre has gone plastic free. We will not allow plastic in any of our products.

15.01.2022 Today I lodged for registration, the very first South Australian document using the e-conveyancing platform Sympli. I thank Angie and the back office staff for making a difficult transaction (at first) to enable submission today. We picked up and solved 2 or 3 little traps to smooth the way for those conveyancers to come. This First is added to my participation, together with Conveyancing Matters , in lodging the first ever Transfer in South Australia on the Pexa e-conveyancing platform on July 2016. Try and find a prouder conveyancer. You won't.

13.01.2022 Did my very first Application to Register Death, Transmission Application, Transfer to beneficiaries then Transfer to one beneficiary, all on the one workspace. Bit of a twister, went down to the wire, had multi issues but it happened. Hope I remember in 10 years time when I might get another one.

12.01.2022 In this covid 19 risk era ensure you select a Conveyancer who can settle your purchase or sale electronically, as you may be in legal limbo if paper settlements cannot proceed due to the restrictions on public aggregations which will include our settlements room.

10.01.2022 Another first for me. My first caveat lodged on the Sympli platform. Easy peazy.
