Our ideal new member would need to be confident & competent as a barista, having worked in the industry for at least 2 years prior to this exciting position. Please note - this is NOT an entry level role... you must be able to demonstrate fast use of the coffee machine - latte art - grind adjustment knowledge - customer service confidence & be a good team player.
