25.01.2022 **AFTER SCHOOL CLUB** The new 6 week block has kicked off to a sensational start! These kids made Sushi! Just amazing! AND they were filling their tummies with goodness before they even left the session! A win on EVERY level!

21.01.2022 23/10 - 1/11 Children's week **DEMONSTRATE CONCERNS** Jess is SO comfortable and at ease with children (she is a big kid herself) and has such a natural way with them that she instantly eases any anxieties and concerns they may have. Most the time she is SO in tune with her classes (she keeps them to 15 or below to ensure this) that she can offer a little support and encouragement before the child even has time to get anxious. She is a natural. Jess makes sure kiddies feel that they are in a safe and supportive environment and are comfortable and encouraged to ask for help, guidance and support. 20.01.2022 **AFTER SCHOOL CLUB HAS STARTED!** What a great first session at the AMAZING 19 on Green! 16 wonderful kiddies made 16 awesome pizzas and left with 16 HUGE SMILES (not even counting the lovely parents smiles!)

14.01.2022 **MAD MARCH - COMPETITION 1** - Your challenge is to design an EPIC donut. There will be a winner AND runner up from EACH category and the prizes are pretty special!... Competition guidelines/rules 1. Design/Draw/Colour the ULTIMATE donut! Think about fillings, toppings, shapes, colours, layers etc! 2. Send a picture/scan to [email protected] - You must include your childs age (so they can be put into the right category), name and suburb and school (if you win a prize I will send your school a copy of your childs certificate and design!) 3. Post the photo to Facebook and/or Instagram and Tag Cook n Create - If you aren't sure what to write you can copy and paste this caption - "Name of child/my child has entered this donut design into the Cook n Create MAD MARCH competition! Follow and like their page to get on board with all of their other mad March competitions and to win some awesome prizes! 12.01.2022 **TEEN/PRE TEEN COOKING SESSIONS** AMAZING SESSION! Thanks Charles Sturt Council for having me again! Today we made Strawberry jam donut muffins with vanilla buttercream, Strawberry sauce and topped with fresh strawbs! These kids learnt a LOT about Aeration, creaming, beating and measuring today! We focused on styles of baking, cracking eggs and presentation Most of all.. we had a BRILLIANT TIME!

02.01.2022 **AMAZING** We spent the morning with 13 AMAZING little ones and their grown ups making EPIC halloween monsters! The imagination and creativity was phenomenal and these kiddies had A BLAST! What a beautiful (and sticky!) way to spend a Friday morning!
