25.01.2022 I received this Christmas gift from my Team Leader last year and am absolutely loving the messages. If you want to put a brand new Thermomix TM6 on your bench the fun way by slapping on one of our aprons, reach out to me. This offer is also open if you are already the proud owner of a TM6 and can't stop raving about it. Why not be rewarded for that?... It's the perfect time of year to try something new. #newyear2021 #thermomixconsultant #joinusnow

20.01.2022 Happy Epiphany! What is Epiphany? It is a Christian feast day celebrating the divinity of Jesus. Across Europe, Epiphany is observed with the consumption of this delicious confection - Galette des rois, which always gets served with a paper crown. Within the layers of custard and flaky pastry lies a hidden 'charm' (fève) awaiting discovery.... The person who finds the fève in their slice of galette gets to be crowned King or Queen for the day. 14.01.2022 Jazz up your salad, or beef up your entertaining platter with some sautéed capsicum. You can walk away and do something else while your Thermomix TM6 cooks it on high heat, so you can get that nice caramel flavour happening. So simple, but so good.... 08.01.2022 How often do I use my Thermomix? That’s a question I get asked frequently. Some days I use it multiple times. On other days once, twice or none (if there are leftovers from a large cook-up or if I’m dining out). It also depends on what I’ve got meal-planned. ... During the school term I usually cook up huge batches on Sunday which takes us through until dinner on Friday, when we do our groceries. Well it’s still the school holidays. And we are planned to be out most of the day today. Instead of leaving my TM6 to idle, I’m fermenting yoghurt in it right now. That’ll be ready for the fridge when I waltz through the door this evening. Your welcome, future self! #thermomixaus #thermomix #thermomixconsultant #guthealth #cookingathome #cookfromscratch #fermentation #fermentationmode

02.01.2022 With the mercury hitting the high thirties, and the requirements for something to keep us all cool, I've discovered I can create a premium quality chocolate ice cream with my Thermomix. I'm almost embarrased to admit it has taken me nine years to make this for the first time. Some comments from the home audience when I was making this was that ice cream is inexpensive to purchase from the shops, how much better can it get making it from scratch, is it worthwhile to make my ...own ice cream. All I can say is that those comments were taken back from the very first taste. And we are onto our second batch now... If you decide to make your own ice cream. The second churn after the first freeze is crucial for the perfect texture. The quality of ingredients is crucial to the success of the recipe. I recomment using a good quality Belgian chocolate as the flavour base for this ice cream. Chocolate ice cream > https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r68031
