To find out what the ideal pressure your tyres need check the driver’s side door frame, inside the fuel door, in the glove box, or in your car’s manual. This will give you the correct PSI. Before you test them make sure your washer fluid is topped up. Then start by using your windscreen fluid spray function on the car. Make sure the water is coming out and take note of the pattern of the jet. It should leave nice even coverage spread across the windscreen. If it’s uneven, consider getting it repaired or replaced. As the wipers move across the glass with the fluid, your wiper blades should glide across moving all the water and dirt along with it. Uneven streaking, splitting, scratching or skipping may all indicate that they need replacing.
