24.01.2022 - Due to the recent lockdown announcement by the QLD Government the following training sessions are cancelled. Friday 8th - U12/13 Girls, U14/15 Girls & U16/17 Girls... Saturday 9th - U8,U9,U10 & U11 Miniroos Saturday 9th - U16 Boys & U18 Boys Sunday 10th - FQPL2 and U23 As there are restrictions on movement with Greater Brisbane, with the possible non-attendance by participants and in the interests of safety it has been determined that it is better to cancel these sessions for the duration of the lockdown. https://www.qld.gov.au//current-/greater-brisbane-lockdown

Clean out the office of all rubbish Clean the kitchen throw all frozen food out, sauces in fridge also to go and all rubbish Inspect fire blankets / extinguishers and list any out of date Clean out buggy storage area Check Battery water levels and top up if required Wash the buggy down Grease the buggy joints Anything not required throw in skip Academy training gear room to be cleaned out & stock take list Training Equipment room near refs room to be cleaned / stock take list / throw out anything broken. 22.01.2022 Today's Miniroos training sessions are 9AM U8 & U9 (Born 2012 & 2013) and 10:15AM U10 & U11(Born 2010 & 2011). In addition to this session we will also be running additional sessions early in the new year and will advise those in due course and expect those sessions to start in the week commencing 4th January 2021. So if you are unable to attend there will be ample opportunity for you to train in preparation for the 202...1 Season. 21.01.2022 Winners are grinners !!!! Coomera White team played their own U16 age group in the Premier Invitational tournament over the past two days. Competition was tough with games against two NPL teams and a rep squad included. The development and experience of playing in the 18JPL season shone through with the boys taking out the championship and the Golden Glove award for the team's goalkeeper, DJ Walker. ... Well done to all players and Coach Rob Muir for the outstanding result. Special mention also to Tom and Xavier from the U15JPL team, who both joined the team for the tournament and put in stellar performances.



21.01.2022 Thank you to the Gold Coast Bulletin for the weekends announcement of Coomera Colts FQLP2 new journey and welcoming Steve Morrison as FQPL2 Mens Coach. This was also a very special week with Henrique hanging up the boots on a very successful career and now fully focused on the Technical Director Role at the Colts, we look forward to 2021 and will have more coaching announcements this week.

19.01.2022 COOMERA COLTS PLAYER INTEREST 2021 With the success of the FQPL2 Licence the Club will be fielding Men's Senior and U23 teams in 2021 and U18 in 2022. This along with the continued success of our Women's BWPL Firsts and Reserves teams provides a connection for our Junior players to Senior football. We will soon announce our Miniroos, Junior and Senior Training Schedule for the purposes of selection of our 2021 teams. This will be undertaken by way of email to interested p...layers and confirmed on the Club’s Website and Facebook. 19.01.2022 A message from Henrique - Last knight our U12JPL played a friendly against Gold Coast Knights and it was beautiful to watch the players enjoyed so much and it was a very good game, it just shows us that we are on the right path. The end result was 2:1 to knights but result in these games are irrelevant.

04.01.2022 Strong Youth coming through !!!! Last Friday night the two U18JPL teams had their last local derby for the season. Primed to show the older Maroon boys they were in it to win it, the White team pushed hard right till the final whistle. With both teams sporting injuries or illness, the Maroon team came away with a 3-2 win in what proved to be an entertaining but tense game. ... The Maroon team and Coach Yanse now have the premiership firmly in their sights and the younger lads will be cheering them on the whole way, starting with a tough game against 3rd placed team Nerang tonight.
