22.01.2022 Upcoming clinics in July Sharmayne Spencer eventing clinics book on nominate.

17.01.2022 Country shows will come back to life in NSW next year from 9 January 2021. Hosting country shows helps provide important... economic benefits for local businesses, and for farmers to showcase their excellence in agriculture, produce and livestock; improve productivity, increase export growth, as well as network and educate youth wanting to enter the Australian cattle and agricultural industries. These events also help support exhibitors, food vans, ride operators who have lost income dealing with the impacts of bushfires, drought and COVID-19. It means they can get back to their normal trade at shows and other rural events. Organisers are encouraged to use the Service NSW COVID Safe QR codes to allow up to 5000 people at any given time to attend shows. For more information, please visit: https://www.rasnsw.com.au/about/

17.01.2022 Blanch Trophy Day Saturday 25th July - entries now open

14.01.2022 Our first rally for months was held today, and what a success it was!! 35 riders braved the cold and were in attendance including some senior riders for the fir...st time. With COVID-19 restrictions and social distancing in place, a good time was had by all with riders receiving instruction in flat work, dressage, cross country, sporting and jumping. Thank you to our wonderful caterers for the warm lunch on a cold winters day Thank you also to our hardworking committee for organising the day, especially with the additional tasks required to address COVID requirements. Also thank you to our instructors, volunteers and parents for all you do, it wouldn’t be possible without you. Lastly thank you to our riders for being on your best behaviour and embracing the opportunity to ride and enjoy yourself. We were able to capture some photos of our riders, and if anyone has any photos to share, please feel free to message to this group. See more

09.01.2022 The cross country course back in action

08.01.2022 Did you know that the "Ute" is actually as Aussie invention..... Back in the 1930s a Queensland farmer wrote to Henry Ford in the US, explaining that he couldn'...t afford to buy both a car and a truck. He explained to Henry that he thought the ideal vehicle would be one in which he could take his pigs to market and at the same time, take his wife to town. Henry Ford reportedly wasn't warm to the idea at first, but put his design team on the job and they came up with a vehicle that was neither a car nor a truck but a sort of hybrid. Production started of the first Ford utes in 1934 and it took the country by storm. Henry later wrote to the farmer thanking him for the idea which revolutionised motor transport around the world. Photo from trucksabout.com, shows a Holden FX Ute from 1950. See more
