25.01.2022 We often have very interesting guests stay with us. A couple of months ago we had a load of racing pigeons from near Bundaberg released on the reserve. Thank you to Liz Kodela for the early morning start to capture their release. ('Scuse the pun!)

20.01.2022 COVID-19 restrictions will change in Queensland from 12 noon Monday 1st June. Travel is allowed anywhere in the State from then, so if you are planning on visiting the Eromanga Natural History Museum, or just wanting somewhere to stay in Eromanga, book in at Cooper’s Country Lodge. 12.01.2022 We would like to gratefully acknowledge the funding we received from TTT (Tackling Tough Times) which is funded through the FRRR Grant Program. Part of this grant was used to purchase a Roller Ironing Machine for the Lodge laundry. This piece of equipment has meant a huge decrease in staff hours spent ironing linen which leaves them free to undertake other tasks. Thank you FRRR for supporting a small, remote community trying to boost the local economy by encouraging tourism.
