25.01.2022 A huge congratulations to Bart Maley on his Australia Day Premiers Active Citizenship Award...a very well deserved recipient! Great to see Bart, Sue and the kids attend the Aussie Day Brekky at the Coorow Pool yesterday with over 60 others! Thanks to the Shire of Coorow for the great day. See ya all next year
24.01.2022 Wednesday the 22nd (Next Week!) sees the arival of the Great Bike Hike riders to Coorow. Coorow Primary will be meeting the riders at Seed Works and then holding a special assembly for them from 2pm. That evening at Maley Park the Netball girls, Hockey girls and CWA ladies are catering for the evening meal. There will be local speakers from Coorow sporting clubs giving the riders a bit of an idea about who we are and what we do in our local community. If you would like to join us for dinner call the Community Resource Centre, 9952 1266, to book a table. Hope to see you there! :)

04.01.2022 Unlucky to Coorow Junior Hockey who played Mingenew on the weekend and the game came down to flicks. You guys put up a great fight! Better luck next year and congratulations on getting to Preliminary Finals!!! Good Luck to Senior Hockey girls on playing in the Grand Final this weekend in Carnamah against Mingenew! Kick some butt ladies!!!

01.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who came along to our Biggest Morning Tea last week, raising funds for the cancer council. It was a great morning with so many delicious cakes, sweets and savouries I think everyones pants are a little tighter! ;) Congratulations to the people that won the Raffles! Door Prize (generously donated by Makit Hardware) went to Kathy Stone. The Big Cup and Saucer Planter (donated by Karen Parker) went to Rhiann Pendergrast.... The Stall Holders (kindly donated by Betty OCallaghan) went to Rhianns Knick-Knacks. The Business Raffle went to Landmark (much appreciated donation from Betty OCallaghan.) All the Raffles where drawn from old tea pots that have seen many morning tea gatherings at the Coorow Hall! See more
