25.01.2022 *ALL STOCKED UP* We have just received our order of Junee Licorice. We have also received Chocolate Freckles. The girls have also put together little hampers and gift packs for those who are stuck with presents for Christmas, also great for Kris Kringle Presents.

We would also like to thank everyone who order their Christmas meat through us this year and trusted us to cook it. 24.01.2022 *IT’S BACK* Smoked Trout locally sourced from the Tumut Trout Farm. The Trout are grown in cool, pure and crystal-clear waters that flow from Australia’s Koziuszko National Park. They are high in Omega 3, fatty acids and are a rich source of Protein. We also smoke them on site.

24.01.2022 *NEW SAUSAGE* Chicken, Feta and Spinach Sausages. We have only made 5kg to start with to see how they go, so come on down and give them a go. Would be great if you could give us some feedback on what they are like.

17.01.2022 *SAUSAGES, SAUSAGES AND MORE SAUSAGES* Michael and Jake have been busy making sausages over the past couple of days. Below is the variety of sausages that we have on offer in-store. Due to a customer suggestion the boys have created a new sausage, Worcestershire Sauce and Black Pepper. Pop on down and try some of these sausages whilst they last, we would also appreciate any feedback and any new suggestions that you may have.

12.01.2022 We will re-open trading tomorrow as usual from 6am. Our much needed renovations have been completed earlier than we first thought. We would like to thank Ryan Hobbs Carpentry, Nathan Wilde Steel Fabrications, Angus Corby Carpentry and Adam McPhail Electrical for all their work and determination to get the job completed. We would like to thank our valued customers for your patience and support during this time.

07.01.2022 Due to unforeseen circumstances we will be closing the shop this afternoon until further notice. From 6am tomorrow morning, maintenance will begin inside the shop and we will not be able to serve any customers. All of our meat will be available throughout this period at IGA. We are sorry to inconvenience our customers during this time. We hope to be back on open by the end of the next week.
