It depends on you, your day, your energy and the time of day you can get the most out of your workout. Some say mornings are best as it gets the energy going and starts the day off with an endorphin rush. However, some prefer evenings as it's a good finish for the day and rid yourself of some stress! 15.01.2022 SESSION UPDATE At the request of the WA Government, due to the recent lockdown Core Fitness will be cancelling all sessions and accounts will be suspended until advised otherwise. At this stage, no Zoom sessions will be held.... Updates will follow when available.
