19.01.2022 Our little home is thriving. We have used this time to slow down, reflect on what matters and build a life around that. I have never grown my own food and now, more than ever, realise how important and empowering this is. For many reasons: grounding, hands in the earth, putting back into the earth, composting, worm farming, feeding the earth that, in turn nourishes us through its bounty of food for our family everyday sowing, growing, tending, picking and eating ...our own produce brings so much joy to our lives all our veggies are non hybridised or genetically modified- the original seed and zero poison used happy earth! Super high vibe and healthy We have drastically reduced our reliance on supermarket chains that monopolise the food market and interfere with our food quality and supply. This feels amazing and is one way to minimise dependence on structures outside of ourselves in order to sustain ourselves. its not hard! Every image you see here are the veggies we have grown in just a couple months. I have so much gratitude and love to the willingness of life and our earth to ensure we thrive I also feel a responsibility to question the every day choices we make. 18.01.2022 Did you know that each foot is made up of 28 bones, 30 joints and more than 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments, all of which work together to provide support, balance and mobility? Tonight at our 5.30pm Beginners Hatha class we are working from ground up with our feet. Learning to strengthen and lengthen your foot arches that will bring lightness and freedom to the whole body and the way you move. Class will involve movements of the many small muscles within the foot. We will then move onto simple standing poses and balances with focus on building stability and support in your foot arches.
