25.01.2022 Some early winter guests

25.01.2022 What a difference a few hot days make. I don't suppose we'll see green hills again for another 6 months.

22.01.2022 How lucky was our wedding couple on Friday. Perfect weather and a beautiful ceremony.

22.01.2022 First time in 20 years here that we've seen hail like this. Weird weather.

21.01.2022 Need a Christmas gift idea? It's not too late to buy a gift voucher for a stay at Corinium. Call 0415 694 013 and we'll do the rest.

19.01.2022 Well, after an 8 week shut-down Corinium Roman Villa is looking forward to welcoming guest as from Friday 29th May. The weather may be inclement, but the wood fires and spas are still here as are the beautiful views and tranquility.

18.01.2022 It's amazing what a 30 degree day will do! The peninsula is looking beautiful and Corinium is here to welcome you to enjoy the beauty of the area.

14.01.2022 Perfect weather for a perfect wedding.

14.01.2022 A couple more photos photos from last week-end's wedding

14.01.2022 Winter is really upon us with very welcome rain. The wood stoves at the villa were much in demand at the weekend. A few cheery garden pictures to brighten your day. Also delighted to have spotted a scarlet robin several times.

14.01.2022 Trip to Italy cancelled? Well you can still visit Corinium as did some of our lovely guests at the weekend. Enjoy the wonderful views and wood fires which make for a very relaxing break away.

12.01.2022 Bees working our Virginia creeper. Next year's honey - yum, yum.

12.01.2022 What a magical teepee wedding we had yesterday. The weather was perfect, the bridal couple were gorgeous and a great time was had by all.

11.01.2022 How gratifying to get this lovely comment from last night's visitors. "Thank you so much for the lovely stay. Extra touches with bread, juice, coffee much appreciated. The landscape and building structure is truly a work of art. So in awe of your hard work to make such a fantastic place to stay!... The Ohio visitors USA After 22 years of operation it's good to know that guests still appreciate the uniqueness of Corinium Roman Villa.

10.01.2022 We have sunshine for a couple of days. Cold and wet again next week. Make hay while the sun shines.

09.01.2022 Strange happenings at the villa Being a light sleeper I was awoken during the night by a dull humming sound. I couldn't work out what it was. However, when I went outside first thing this morning I found a dead crow and a dead magpie (with one of its feet severed off) at the base of our stobie pole. Power surge? Any thoughts? ( Won't include pics - too gruesome)

09.01.2022 Well quite an eventful weekend at the villa. The pizza oven was completed, we had an engagement of a delightful young couple and a 40th wedding anniversary couple from the west. Everything is looking good for next Saturday's teepee wedding. Driveways resurfaced and graded and hills still green (just)

05.01.2022 Thinking of a Christmas gift? Why not purchase a voucher for a stay at Corinium. Either phone 0415 694 013 or email [email protected]. We are taking bookings for the Christmas period with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Don't miss out.

03.01.2022 Despite a gloomy start to Saturday morning, Robin and Wendy's wedding day was perfect. It was an absolute pleasure hosting their special day. A delightful couple and we wish them every success in their lives together.

02.01.2022 Beautiful moon last night with a clear sky. Full house at the villa this weekend with lovely weather. Good to see guests again
