21.01.2022 Everyone masks up at IJ Mass this morning

21.01.2022 After a long, Covid-induced break, our current Alpha program will resume on July 21. It is going to look and feel a bit different with physical distancing and other Covid-19 regulations, but one thing that will remain the same is the presence and work of the Holy Spirit amongst us. Please pray for our guests and the team as we negotiate Alpha in a Covid world.

21.01.2022 MASS IS BACK! Following today announcement of no further cases, places of worship can re-open from tonight 6pm on Friday 5th February. Our Mass will resume to...morrow with the following condition: Up to a maximum of 150 people allowed in the Church. Once the limit is reached, you may wish to stay outside. Mask must be worn at all timesNO MASK NO ENTRY. (Children under 12 years of age are exempted from wearing a face mask) Mandatory Contact Registers through WA Safe App or complete the paper slip provided. Hand sanitising upon entering. Masses for this weekend until Sunday 14 February are limited to 150 people at each Mass and masks are mandatory. So Masses at this weekend are going to be 'first comes first in' basis, to allowed the first 150 to be seated inside the church. Once that number is reached, you may wish to stay outside. Please note. The faithful are dispensed from the usual Sunday obligation.

16.01.2022 We are praying for families and friends who are affected by the current bush fires emergency. Pray winds will lose their power and rain will come.

15.01.2022 Church and Parish Centre Closed Following WA government directives, our Church and parish centre will be closed for 5 days. Effective from tonight 6pm, 31st January until 6pm Friday, 5 February 2021, the Perth metropolitan area, Peel and South West regions will enter a lockdown.

02.01.2022 Last night we celebrated to mark the end of our Summer Alpha, which began last Feb but was interrupted by COVID-19 and the shut in. It was a long journey but a happy and fruitful one with all our guests deciding to continue their journey with our parish community. The final celebration is always a perfect opportunity to invite our helpers who do so many things to make Alpha possible, from washing teatowels to cooking up a storm. Watch for dates of our next Alpha over the next couple of months.
