22.01.2022 Team Corio bringing home the trophies from Maffra Squash & Racquetball ! The Robbo Clan nearly had a clean sweep with Corey taking out 1st in Div 1, Jordan Robertson coming 3rd in Div 1 & Charlie Robertson taking out 4th in The Men’s Open! Tai smashed his way through to take out 1st in Div 6, Zachary Mcmillan fought hard in a Nail biter last Match to secure 1st in Div 3 and Michael Walker showed us he’s still got it andcame 2nd in Div 2 !! A awesome w.e camping in Maffra with the crew! Thanks for having us and thanks to all the support crew who came up!

19.01.2022 Welcome to another edition of Street Squash with Squash Australia's very own Rod Bannister who takes us through another drill on the new segment, STREET SQUASH.... # What do you need racket and ball (any racket, any ball) # Where At an outdoor wall anywhere outdoors (or if raining scale it down and do it indoors) # What skills do you work on Fitness Backhand accuracy (hit to a target) # Aim Do as many sets as possible and time it e.g. if you do 3 sets, time it, if you do 5 time it......record your time and attempt to improve it # Repetitions (Workout - #TheGrind) 20 stationary backhand drives (to a target) 10 shuttle runs (there and back = 2) 20 backhand drives 10 push ups 20 backhand drives 10 sit ups 20 backhand drives 10 body weight squats Repeat the above. Do between 3 and 10 sets of the above and record your time. When repeating this workout make sure your sit ups, push-ups etc. are exactly the same as they were the time before. #StreetSquash #SquashinAustralia

04.01.2022 This is one of the methods to fluently move to the frontcourt showing the variations for straight and cross-court. The other is the large stepping method which... is great and powerful as well, you need both for options for a balance of attack and wise energy usage. This has great benefits in early preparation and quick recovery. There is more to learn regarding covering the next shot and body position but that is another video for later. See more

02.01.2022 Done in one take and the first time I have tried this so there is plenty of room for improvement but the aim is to give you ideas on how to make physical traini...ng a bit more of a challenge and a bit more fun. I will leave the exercise how-to videos to the personal trainers out there and concentrate on what we do best which is give quality technical advice that will greatly impact your game. Make up some more of your own physical challenges it's amazing how it takes your mind off the pain.
