Jess is a very talented International level runner, who is a very determined and strong competitor on the track but super humble and giving of her time away from it. Jess has competed at the World Championships for Australia already but no doubt the Olympics will be her major focus either in the 1500m or 5000m. With Personal Bests of 4.01....80 (1500m) and 15.00.32 (5000m) we are sure to see some fire on the track in Tokyo! This update brings your watch accuracy to the next level in the modes where speed matters most, measuring your lap splits to the 0.01 seconds. But wait, there’s more! COROS structured Workout Programs now support Track Run mode. Simply set up a run workout and send to your watch lik...e you already do. From there, go to Training mode and select your preferred program. Before starting the workout, select Regular or Track via the Mode option and off you go.
