14.01.2022 Today 15 passionate and enthusiastic volunteers came to the old Corowa Railway Station to start planning the move of the Amaranth Food Bowl up to the Station. Peter Matthews and Sue Thornton from Albury Wodonga Food Share came and talked about the history and business of Food Share and the relationship between Amaranth and Food Share. Our own a Glen McKenzie then talked about his role in supporting this invaluable community program.

09.01.2022 It’s been many years since the lights were on @ The Station. A pleasant first night by the fire pit with a BBQ and a dozen or so gents. A few new faces too. A great venue.

09.01.2022 Amaranth Food Bowl -changed the tent today - come down today - there is lots to choose from including frozen food and non perishable items. Ladies bags have also been delivered from Moira Shire - these have been donated from a wonderful charity called Share the Dignity. If you know of anyone that may need female personal items, including makeup, shampoo, gifts, please let us know. I’ll put up more information about these over the next day or do.

We have a wonderful selection of non perishable, frozen and some perishable food items located outside the Amaranth building Eg: Milk, salads, chocolate sauce mix, dog and cat food, snacks, bread, frozen sausage rolls, frozen meals. ... Come down this afternoon - get some food for a friend or neighbour that you may know.
