09.01.2022 BEAT THE WINTER BLUES As the nights draw in and the weather changes, this is the time of the year we need to take special care of our bodies. Our immune syste...m becomes weakened as the winter coughs, colds and other viruses start to rear their ugly heads. Reflexology may be a fantastic way to boost your immune system, helping to keep those bugs at bay and keep your body’s natural defences working. Reflexology works on the feet, which we say are a mirror image of your body. By massaging and applying pressure with the thumbs and fingers we may help to release blockages that occur in the body, this in turn may help to promote healing. Reflexology may not only help with physically ailments, but may help emotionally too, so why not book a session and help chase those winter blues away.

08.01.2022 What a lovely evening with 8 hairdressers, who were so appreciative of their reflexology taster session. They were full of questions, curiosity and relaxation. Thank you to Catherine for being a fantastic host and inviting me me. I so look forward to my next reflexology awareness on Satuday. Such a great opportunity to make people aware of refexology and its benefits. As well as meeting such wonderful people who are really are open to trying alternative therapies.
