14.01.2022 Our latest Green Star Registered project at 24 Park West Drive, Derrimut is taking shape and tracking ahead of schedule. Targeting a 4-Star Green Star rating, the two buildings combine to provide 500m2 of office, 9500m2 of warehouse, and 6500m2 of hardstand. Each building incorporates energy efficient measures including: 99kW PV solar systems, solar hot water units, energy and water efficient fixtures and fittings, life cycle conscious building materials, and best practice stormwater quality improvement and rainwater harvesting systems. We look forward to delivering the project for developer Charter Hall and their tenant QuikCorp, in the coming months.

12.01.2022 We are proud to announce the completion of our industrial project at 477 Dohertys Road, Truganina, for Storage Investments Australia. The new extension comprises an additional 13 storage units and external driveway. It has been a pleasure working with the SIA team again.

The new 100 seat restaurant on Dalton Rd accommodates indoor and outdoor dining as well as a double drive through for takeaway and is the first project we have completed with Carl’s Jr and Kingdom Projects.
