06.01.2022 Last night CTMs GM of Queensland Craig Southee participated in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout out for the first time. See what he had to say about this important night. The night began with some role playing on how you would spend your only $100 if you needed to start again. You can be creative where you need to be; my 3 set of tea towels doubled as a bath towel and washer. We were given cardboard to set up our beds for the night and we found a good spot with a little bit shelt...er behind us to block the wind. Some relaxed formalities with a choir made up of Brisbanes disadvantaged was a highlight. Also, a talk from Mathew Kratiuk who battled an ice addiction for 10 years, member of bikie gangs, drug dealer etc and has managed to turn his life around to become an accomplished Sales Director....a really great story. One cup of soup with a bread roll for dinner and lots of time to talk amongst the other participants. Lights out at 11pm and the streets erupted with snoring. At 2am I drifted off and awake at 4am, with a bacon and egg roll for breakfast. It was a very rewarding experience and I felt proud to represent CTM at an event that changes so many lives. #ceosleepoutau #ceosleepout #businesstravel
