She strongly believes in providing clients with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their health goals. Arefeh practises a client-centred approach, offering advice tailored for the individual. She offers the additional service of a comprehensive meal plan that is individualised to the clients’ likes and dislikes, current eating pattern and health condition. She provides support and motivation to assist her clients in achieving their goals.
