04.01.2022 Gratitude 3 I was thinkingyes, us women do tend to have the monopoly on that. In reflection as the last day of 2020 unfolds why not share some ‘togetherness’ highlights. For me I love how photos capture a moment in time. Helping us to remember all the good that surrounds us.... Gratitude is a powerful human emotion. When we express gratitude and receive the same, our brain releases dopamine and serotonin which are crucial neurotransmitters that enhance our mood immediately, making us feel happy from the inside. Thankful to Netanya Noosa Beachfront Resort for their recommendations, the lovely accommodation and the amazing goodie box that Sharon is holding. As a team we shared ‘many’ meals and drinks , participated in some business learnings with a theme of We Rise by Lifting Others; a fitting reminder of what we do every day through our delivery of care, a bit of dancing (and more later in the evening), walking in the national park, swimming and a little bit of relaxation.
