24.01.2022 V21 Shirana The 8th vintage for our Shirana project. Hand picked Shirana grapes, whole bunch pressed direct to seasoned oak for natural fermentation. Light fortification followed by 7 years of rest under a layer of flor in a solera of barrels. Now that’s slow wine! This wine tells the story of our family’s history. Keen to try it? 22.01.2022 The score is out! 2019 Corymbia Rockets Vineyard Chenin Blanc 95pts, Halliday Wine Companion... Featured in the latest @winecompanion magazine that hit the shelves today. In 2017 we boldly set out to make Australias best Chenin Blanc. Farmed by hand, by us, from our familys vineyard. We now sit proudly along side @johnkosovichwines, @tripe.iscariot and @churchview_estate as one of only 4 winemakers to achieve 95 points, as judged by the Halliday Wine Companion! To date, no other Australian Chenin Blanc has achieved a higher score. Tony Rocket Mann would have been proud. Jump on our website to grab a bottle. Its floral with some fresh herbs, poached apple, bees wax and refreshing lemon barley water flavours. The palate is altogether racier, almost Riesling-like acidity keeping this long and pure with the right amount of phenolics adding that extra layer.

18.01.2022 Remember these sun kissed Pedro Ximenez grapes we minced through the butchers mincer from last vintage? They’re from an old vineyard planted by Rob’s great grandfather in the Swan Valley that we now farm ourselves. Quick check on the fruit in the vineyard yesterday revealed someone had picked all of it for their home grappa project! Lucky there’s V2022 to look forward to right?

02.01.2022 CCC Corymbia Calgardup Cabernet The Indian Ocean has shaped the weather over these granite rocks for billions of years, to create the unique and rare Keenan gravel loams. After years of searching, through wine travels across the globe, we found the perfect marriage of variety and place. Cabernet Sauvignon planted on Keenan gravel loams, just 1.5km from the ocean on the Leeuwin-Naturalist ridge, in the heart of the Margaret River region. Calgardup, meaning ones native hear...th by the local Wardandi people, echos the footsteps that have walked this ancient land before us. We are one generation of the Mann family but also one generation to farm this land and make sure its left as raw and pristine as it is today for the future. Taste this story in our Cabernet.
